Please note NEO & NEO Plus series have different fittings. You will need to install with the parts included in their respective kits.
LUXE Bidets are designed to fit most standard North American toilets.
This two-part guide will check if a NEO Series bidet is compatible with your toilet.

Part 1 - Measure your toilet
If the distance measured is between the minimum and maximum amounts, your toilet is compatible with a NEO Series bidet.

Part 2 - Check your toilet fittings
This will determine access to water sources and if your set-up requires alternative parts to complete installation.

2. Is your toilet's water supply hose flexible? (B)
HOW TO CHECK
Upon removing your toilet tank water supply hose (B), if you can move it to fit the provided T-Adapter, which is 2.5 inches in height then it is flexible.
3. What is the distance between your toilet tank's fill valve (A) and bidet?

Measure the distance from your water source to the indicated dashed line below. This is approximately where the bidet will sit.
Check Water Source Access
LUXE Bidets need a cold water source.
2. Do you have access to either your toilet's water supply valve (C) or your cold water sink's supply valve (D)?

3. What is the distance between your preferred water source (C or D) and bidet?
