Bidet Care Tips
Water Flow Maintenance
- To ensure the spray targets the right area, reposition the bidet on the toilet bowl so that there is enough clearance for the nozzles to extend fully.
- To confirm that the nozzles are facing the correct direction, open the Nozzle Guard Gate and turn the nozzles counter-clockwise until the nozzle holes face forward.
- To optimize water flow to the bidet, check that the T-adapter is tightened properly. Hand-tighten completely before tightening two more revolutions with a wrench.
- To ensure the T-Adapter is properly installed, check that the included rubber washer is lying flat inside of the T-adapter.
Nozzle Care Maintenance
- To maintain the integrity of your bidet, periodically run the bidet's Nozzle Clean function. Simply set the bottom knob mode to "Nozzle Clean" and activate the water pressure knob or lever at maximum power.
- To ensure nozzles function as expected, occasionally wrap them in paper towels soaked in vinegar and gently move them up and down. This should loosen the nozzles and remove any hard water deposits.
