When you visit our website www.luxebidet.com, sign up for our text message program, or use our services, you trust us with your personal information. We take your privacy very seriously. In this privacy notice, we describe our privacy policy. We seek to explain to you in the clearest way possible what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it. If there are any terms in this privacy policy that you do not agree with, please discontinue use of our Sites and our services.

This privacy policy applies to all information collected through our website (such as www.luxebidet.com), our SMS/text message program, and/or any related services, sales, marketing or events (we refer to them collectively in this privacy policy as the "Sites").

What Information Do We Collect?

Personal information you disclose to us

In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us such as name, address, contact information, mobile phone number, passwords and security data, and payment information.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when registering at the Sites, expressing an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, enrolling in our text message program, when participating in activities on the Sites, or otherwise contacting us.

The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Sites, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect can include the following:

  • Name and Contact Data. We collect your first and last name, email address, postal address, phone number, and other similar contact data.
  • Mobile Phone Number and SMS Consent Data. If you enroll in our text message program, we collect your mobile phone number along with records of your consent, including the date, time, and method by which you opted in, your opt-in and opt-out history, and your message preferences.
  • Credentials. We collect passwords, password hints, and similar security information used for authentication and account access.
  • Payment Data. We collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number and the security code associated with your payment instrument. All payment data is stored by our payment processor and you should review its privacy policies and contact the payment processor directly to respond to your questions.

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

Information collected from other sources

In Short: We may collect limited data from public databases, marketing partners, and other outside sources.

We may obtain information about you from other sources, such as public databases, joint marketing partners, as well as from other third parties. Examples of the information we receive from other sources include: social media profile information; marketing leads and search results and links, including paid listings (such as sponsored links).

Our SMS / Text Message Program

In Short: If you opt in, we may send you text messages. You can stop them at any time by replying STOP. We never share your mobile number or your SMS consent with anyone for their own marketing.

Consent and enrollment

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to our text message program, you give LUXE Bidet your express written consent to send you recurring automated marketing and informational text messages at the number provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages in order to buy any product or service from us.

You may opt in through any of the following methods:

  • Checking the SMS consent box during checkout or account registration
  • Submitting your mobile number through a sign-up form, pop-up, or landing page on our Sites
  • Texting a keyword to our short code or messaging number
  • Providing your number to our customer care team and confirming your consent

You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in our text message program.

Types of messages you may receive

  • Transactional messages — order confirmations, shipping and delivery updates, back-in-stock alerts, and account or registration notifications.
  • Marketing messages — promotions, discounts, new product announcements, and cart reminders.
  • Customer care messages — responses to your support inquiries and follow-ups.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Marketing message frequency is typically up to 4–8 messages per month, though this may increase during promotional periods. Transactional messages are sent as triggered by your orders and account activity.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply to all messages sent to and received from LUXE Bidet. Please consult your mobile service plan or contact your carrier for details on your rates.

How to opt out

You may cancel our text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive marketing text messages from us.

If you want to rejoin, simply sign up again as you did the first time and we will resume sending messages to you.

You may also opt out by emailing customercare@luxebidet.com with your request and the mobile number you wish to remove.

Please note that opting out of text messages does not opt you out of our email marketing, and vice versa. Each must be managed separately.

How to get help

Reply HELP to any message from us for assistance, or contact us at customercare@luxebidet.com.

Carriers and delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered to you, as delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and may be affected by factors outside our control, including network availability and your device settings.

Mobile information sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your text messaging opt-in consent with any third party for that third party's own marketing or promotional purposes.

All of the categories of information sharing described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy specifically exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing purposes under any circumstances.

We do share your mobile number with the service providers who operate our messaging platform on our behalf (for example, our SMS platform vendor and telecommunications carriers) solely so that they can deliver messages to you at our direction. • Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
