Shipping & Delivery
We ship domestically in the US and internationally. To calculate a shipping estimate, add items to your cart, go to check out, then enter your country, region, and zip code.
Tracking details are sent via email about 1-2 business days after an order is placed. If you have not received your tracking details, please contact us so that we can investigate the status of the shipment.
We offer international shipping for all products. International orders are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail, which takes approximately 10 business days.

Order Changes & Cancellations
To change or cancel your order, you must contact us before the order has shipped, which typically happens 1 business day after the order is placed. You may request changes to your billing, shipping, and contact details. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
Any changes to the actual product purchased can only be made by cancelling the order and placing a new order. To request an order cancellation, please contact us right away.
Returns & Replacements
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. We are confident that you will love your LUXE Bidet. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your LUXE Bidet, we will gladly refund you the full purchase price. Click here to contact us with your order number to start the return process.
