Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before participating in the free bidet offer provided exclusively to KBIS Attendees by LUXE Bidet. By entering the offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility
- KBIS Attendees Only: This offer is exclusively available to individuals who are currently attending KBIS 2025.
- US Mailing Addresses Only: Only one entry per valid US mailing address is permitted.
2. Offer Details
- Limited Availability: The free bidet offer is limited to the first 500 valid entries.
- Redemption Code: Eligible entrants will receive a unique redemption code via email within two business days after their entry is deemed valid.
- Redemption Process: The redemption code must be used to claim your free bidet at luxebidet.com according to the instructions provided in the email.
3. Entry Period and Closure
- Entry Deadline: No entries will be accepted after February 26, 2025, at 11:59 PM PT.
- Early Closure: The entry form may be closed at any time, at the sole discretion of LUXE Bidet, without prior notice.
4. General Terms
- One Entry Per Mailing Address: To maintain fairness, only one entry is allowed per US mailing address. Duplicate entries may result in disqualification.
- Right to Modify or Cancel: LUXE Bidet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this offer or these Terms at any time without notice.
- No Guarantee of Bidet Availability: The offer is subject to bidet availability. LUXE Bidet makes no guarantee that a bidet will be available if the offer exceeds 500 valid entries.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Assumption of Risk: By participating in this offer, entrants assume all risks associated with their participation.
- Release: By entering, you release and hold harmless LUXE Bidet, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to this offer or the redemption process.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from or related to this offer shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts located within the United States.
