Please note NEO Series bidets use different accessories than NEO PLUS and WHIFT Bidets.

The Cold Water Bidet Hose helps connect the Cold Water T-Adapter to your bidet. This part is included with your NEO, NEO PLUS, or WHIFT bidet kit.

A Cold Water Shut-off Hose is also available for NEO PLUS and WHIFT Bidets — it helps decrease or shut off water flow to your bidet when not in use for extended periods. Shut-off T-Adapters for NEO Series bidets can be found here.

COLD WATER SHUT-OFF HOSE:

Connect the end with the Shut-off Lever to either the bidet inlet or Cold Water T-Adapter, depending on your preference for easier or farther access.
