Step 2: Select Your Model

Step-By-Step Installation

1. Preparation

Step 1

Note: For LUXE Customers upgrading from a NEO to a NEO Plus or WHIFT Series bidet, please use the new parts included with your kit. Our installation parts are now standard to US fitting sizes.

Some valves are push-pull — pull outward to turn off.

Step 2

Loosen the toilet seat bolts by lifting the hinge tabs and unscrewing with a screwdriver. There is no need to fully remove the toilet seat.

Step 3

Lift the toilet seat high enough to fit the bidet and place your bidet on the toilet. Slide the LUXE-Hinges into the toilet seat bolts and tighten to secure.

Bidet doesn't sit flat or won't align with the bolt holes? Your toilet may have a curved tank-to-bowl connection. Call us — we can help.

Step 4

Ensure your bidet is correctly aligned with the toilet seat. The T-joint should not be covered in order to use the EZ-Lift function.

2. Cold Water Setup

Step 1

Unscrew the water supply hose from the toilet tank’s fill valve. Connect the top of the Cold Water T-Adapter (7/8” end) to the toilet tank. Ensure the Rubber Washer is inside the Cold Water T-Adapter and in its correct orientation.

7/8” is equivalent to 15/16”.

Place a towel or bucket underneath the toilet tank’s fill valve to catch any residual water.

Step 2

Connect the Mesh Filter end of the Cold Water Bidet Hose to the side of the Cold Water T-Adapter. Connect the other end of the hose to the Cold Water Bidet Inlet. Hand-tighten first, then use the wing nut on the hose to secure.

3. Hot Water Setup

Step 1

Turn off the hot water supply valve under your sink (clockwise). Disconnect the hot water supply hose from the valve.

Not sure which valve is hot? Turn on the hot faucet, then turn off one valve. If the hot water stops, that's the one.

Some sink hot water supply valves have a “push-pull” mechanism. To turn off the water supply with these types of valves, pull the valve outwards.

Step 2

Ensure the Rubber Washer is inside the Hot Water T-Adapter. Unscrew the hex nut. Connect the female threaded 3/8” end of the Hot Water T-Adapter to the hot water supply valve.

If you have an original NEO 320 and you are using a Hot Water T-Adapter under your sink to supply hot water, your existing Hot Water T-Adapter will be compatible with the NEO 320 Plus Hot Water Hose.

Twist and push the Hot Water Hose onto the Hot Water T-Adapter until you can no longer see the tip and it is flush against the threads.

Step 3

Thread the PU (Polyurethane) hose through the hex nut. Connect the PU hose to the Hot Water T-Adapter and tighten the nut. Connect the other end of the PU hose to the Hot Water Bidet Inlet.

If the hose doesn't reach, contact us for a longer one.

Step 4

Connect the other end of the Hot Water T-Adapter (male threaded 3/8”) to the hot water supply hose. Turn on the sink hot water supply valve (counter-clockwise) and your hot water is ready to go!

Hot water takes a moment to arrive. Run Nozzle Clean mode briefly before your first wash.

You're ready to go!
