With the Luxe Bidet Loyalty Reward Program, you earn points by making purchases and referring others to purchase from Luxebidet.com. As you accumulate points, you can use them to buy bidets and cool prizes from our Reward Points Store.
You automatically earn 5 points when you create a Luxebidet.com account. Continue earning points from your purchases and the purchases of friends and family that you refer. Every Luxebidet.com account user is assigned a permanent referral link. If you give that link to someone and they follow it to make a purchase, both you and your friend are awarded reward points. Please note that points can only be earned from purchases made on Luxebidet.com. You cannot purchase Luxe Bidet products from Amazon or other sellers and earn points.
Log in to your Luxebidet.com account and click on “Referred Friends” under “My Account” on the left side of the page. Your permanent referral link will look something like this: https://luxebidet.com/referral/###. You can copy and paste the link or share it using the options below the link.
There are many ways to share your referral link including word-of-mouth, email, social media, blogging–some of our customers even give presentations! Log in to your account and click on “Referred Friends” under “My Account” on the left side of the page. From this page you can directly share your permanent referral link via email or social media.
Reward Points are awarded to your account 30 days after you make a purchase or someone follows your referral link to make a purchase.
You must be logged in to your Luxebidet.com account to make a purchase with points. After logging in, go to the Rewards Points Store to see available items and make your selection. Reward Points will be automatically applied at checkout for qualifying items.
Many Luxe Bidet models are available for purchase with points, as well as cool prizes that include Apple products and gift cards.
If your Luxebidet.com account is inactive for one year, we reserve the right to delete your account and any accumulated Reward Points.
If an order is cancelled or returned within 30 days, the customer is refunded and any Loyalty Points generated by that purchase will be removed from the customer’s account. If you referred the customer, your Reward Points from their purchase will also be removed.
