If your toilet has a toilet tank connection, but has a solid rigid pipe instead of a flexible water supply hose, please check if this pipe can be removed from both ends. If it can, then you can replace the pipe with a cold water supply hose provided here. If you cannot remove the rigid pipe or you have a hidden/hard-to-reach toilet tank fill valve connection, then you can use an alternative installation method here.

After finishing business on the toilet, turn the bidet on for a refreshing wash. Run the bidet until you feel clean. Pat dry with a bit of toilet paper or a reusable towel. Once you bidet, you never go back.

The NEO 110 is a basic model with one nozzle and one dial, while the NEO 120 has an additional self-cleaning nozzle feature that rinses the nozzles in water after use. For more information about how the self-cleaning works, please check the following question about self-cleaning.

If your toilet has a toilet tank connection, but the water line is hard/rigid instead of flexible, please check if you can remove the water line from both ends. If you can, then you can replace the rigid pipe with a flexible water supply hose and proceed to install your bidet with the provided parts.
